Default plug popper at park,,,worked

Had a couple of hours to burn after the yard work was done.... Tried out a Plug Popper for the first time. Was not sure if it would work here in Florida. The plug popper worked out great. Sure make it fast getting to the coins. The plug of grass fits right back in the hole. Here are the coins I found today.

2 Quarters
10 Dimes
27 Pennies

I would think it would work great, because the plug would hold together. Once the popper is full just turn it over and push down on the t-handle. The plug will push right out. Then you can check sections of the plug for the coin. Hope that helps.

Good job Tom. If I had something as pretty as that plug popper I would put it in a trophy case.

I have been using this one since 1980. It was made for me by a sheet metal worker. Takes out a 3 inch diameter plug up to 6 inches deep.
My best digging tool.

Your right about pinpointing Chuck....I'd be afraid of dinging a nice target!

Your right, I use a coin prob first to locate the coin and then the plug popper. This way I know I am centered over the coin.
