Gotta say, is great.
Broke the arm collar after more than 5 years of use, called to see if I could order a new one, and 2 days later if was on my doorstep, no charge. [Sometimes you don't know what you got until its gone, very tough to swing especially underwater with a broken collar. Basically had to use my thumb against the control box on left swings, didn't take long for the thumb to wear out]

Not the 1st time, did similar with an Ace 400. Very nice to have support like this for long out of warranty machines - I'd gladly pay but offering it for free is a very nice touch.
