tesoro's New Detector-Anybody Have an Idea What it is?

I called Tesoro today because I heard a rumor about a new detector that they are coming out with and I could not pry anything out of anybody at Tesoro. I asked if it was a TID and they had no comment. Said it should be coming out around January. Anybody have an idea what it is?:yikes:

Release dates are only given 30 days prior. Only the engineer knows what is going on in the R&D department, and he will not tell us either.

I just wanted to clarify since I have seen this topic on several forums this morning and don't want any false rumers going around....

Please let us know if there is anything we can clarify.

Every time (3 times) that I have bought a new Tesoro I call and grill them with 20 questions. They ALWAYS are working on a new model but suggest that you buy now and not hold your breath for a new model. If they do make a more advanced machine to compete with Whites/Minelab I would seriously have to consider getting one. Would be tougher to warranty something 10x more technoputerlogical for life...

Their lifetime warranty is superb, I have a Tejon and a Vaquero...I know the machines very well...and I would not trade either one for another brand.
